The Vice President of Academic Affairs shall coordinate all Undergraduate Student Government operations in the area of academic policy. The Vice President is the P.A.S.S. Director and will be the Undergraduate Student Government liaison to faculties and the administration. It is also their duty to create and maintain policies that ensure that Undergraduate Student Government is effectively responding to academic issues affecting its undergraduate membership.
Supervisors of Tutors:
The Supervisor of Tutors shall be the immediate supervisor of employed tutors and is responsible for the recruitment and training of tutors. The supervisor is responsible for approving all tutoring sessions and ensures that undergraduate TA’s are not tutoring during their office hours. Conduct performance reviews are also led by the supervisor.
Student Liaison:
The Student Liaison shall be responsible for creating tutor-student assignments and ensure that students are attending their sessions. The liaison shall evaluate students’ progress and must collect feedback from students at least once per month to ensure PASS is functioning adequately. Monthly assessments of PASS must be reported by the liaison.
